Refund and Returns Policy for Daly Trading Sdn Bhd
This Refund and Returns Policy (the “Policy”) governs the refund and returns process for courses and workshops offered by Daly Trading Sdn Bhd (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in and purchasing our courses or workshops, you (“you” or “the customer”) agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
- Refund Policy:
1.1 Course/Workshop Cancellations by Daly Trading Sdn Bhd: In the event that we cancel a course or workshop for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. We will notify you of the cancellation and process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.
1.2 Refunds for Course/Workshop Withdrawals: If you wish to withdraw from a course or workshop, you must notify us in writing or by email at the earliest opportunity. Refunds for withdrawals will be provided according to the following terms: a) Requests received seven (7) days or more prior to the course/workshop start date will be eligible for a full refund. b) Requests received within less than seven (7) days but more than 48 hours prior to the course/workshop start date will be eligible for a 50% refund. c) No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made within 48 hours of the course/workshop start date or after the course/workshop has commenced.
1.3 Non-Attendance: If you fail to attend a course or workshop without providing prior notice or withdrawing according to the terms mentioned above, no refund will be issued.
- Returns Policy:
2.1 Digital Products and Materials: In the case of digital products or materials (such as e-books, online resources, or downloadable content) associated with the course or workshop, no returns or refunds will be provided once the digital product or material has been accessed or downloaded.
2.2 Physical Products and Materials: If a physical product or material is provided as part of the course or workshop, and it arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement if deemed necessary. In such cases, you may be required to return the damaged or defective item at our expense.

3.1 Refunds: a) Submit a written request for a refund, stating your reasons and providing relevant details such as your name, contact information, and course/workshop details. b) Send the refund request to our designated email address as provided during the course or workshop registration process. c) We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe to confirm the refund status and provide further instructions if required.
3.2 Returns: a) For physical products or materials, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, explaining the issue and providing relevant details such as your name, contact information, and order details. b) We will assess the situation and provide instructions for returning the item, if applicable. c) Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and, if found to be damaged or defective, provide a replacement.
