Malaysian graduates are well skilled with academic prowess but often lack the social and verbal skills to compete internationally.

Raised from a mixed parentage of a working-class family in Kuala Lumpur, Elaine rose into the limelight after she won the title of Miss Universe Malaysia. With her grit and determination, she is today a fixture of the Malaysian entertainment and beauty scene and has been for the last 25 years. Elaine is best known for nurturing the next generation of beauty queens as the director of the Miss Universe Malaysia organisation.
